This new work is added to the Chateau de sable series, inviting us to reflect on different themes of Freedom, World Peace and even environmental issues.
In this work we can see a statue of liberty under the sand testifying to events of the past. We can imagine several causes. Perhaps the result of human conflicts that repeat themselves and destroy life rather than build another world. Or the consequences of natural disasters or climate change. We find on the beach the strange character imagined by Wabyanko, building a fragile sand castle, ephemeral disappearing with the waves or the wind.
Original work on A4 paper (21 x 30 cm), a limited edition is also available.
